HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
It depends on where your order is traveling to. Orders processed will take an average 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
DOES DRTYCWBY SHIP OVERSEAS?
Yes, we will ship to all Military APO/FPO addresses. We also ship to Canada.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN PERSON?
Currently we do not offer in-person pickup for any online DRTYCWBY orders due to the shipping structure we are currently using. We ship all orders from our Warehouse located in North Georgia. However once you receive your order, you may return or exchange any products here.
WHERE DOES DIRTY COWBOY MFG SHIP FROM?
We are headquartered out of North Georgia, where we design, produce and ship all orders.
HOW DO CUSTOMERS GET FREE SHIPPING?
We offer free Ground Shipping on all orders over $50 and all orders under $10.

DO YOU DROP SHIP FROM A RANDOM WAREHOUSE?
No drop shipping here. We are proud to be with your product start to finish until it leaves our warehouse with the package carrier.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
At Dirty Cowboy Mfg., we accept returns within 30 days of purchase as long as the items are in their original condition and have all tags attached. Refunds are issued as store credit. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance, last call items, or gift cards. For a smooth return process and to start a return, visit our Returns & Exchanges portal HERE.
All returns has a 5% restocking fee applied during the refund process.
ARE ITEMS BOUGHT THAT WERE ON CLEARANCE RETURNABLE?
